1965 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT
This incredibly desirable Alfa Romeo Giulia is a South African C.K.D car, imported into the U.K.in 2008. The car was imported by an Alfa Romeo specialist in the South of England who fully prepared and registered the car. Well over £2,000 has been spent within the past twelve months with work and modifications to include a full stainless steel exhaust system, GTA steering wheel, road suspension kit and suspension overhaul at the cost of £786 alone plus a re-conditioned five speed gearbox. The Alfa drives beautifully with lots of power and further potential. Soon after arrival, the Alfa will be fully tuned and set up on a rolling road.
The interior is smart with lovely black upholstery. The bodywork is beautiful and straight with superb panel fit. The GT does not suffer from corrosion problems and is presented beautifully with a deep Rosso paint finish and lovely chrome work. The Alfa sits on original re-furbished wheels with new Vredestein Sprint radial tyres. The Alfa Romeo is mechanically very fit and has later Ate brakes, alternator upgrade and engine sump guard making the car very suitable for Regularity Rallies and Historic Tours.
A comprehensive history file accompanies the Alfa Romeo along with a 502 block complete engine and gearbox, as used in the GTA model.
Fabulous handling, superb performance, exciting, rare and responsive are just some of the great things to be quoted over the years in magazines reviewing this wonderful model.
