1959 Austin Healey "Frogeye" Sprite MK I

There may have been faster sportscars than the Austin Healey Sprite MKI, but few have been more endearing. With its gaping grin and the pop-eyed headlamps that gave it its 'Frogeye' nickname, the model captured the hearts of enthusiasts all over.

This incredibly smart example has had some recent restoration work including a bare metal repaint and re-conditioned engine. The car is beautifully presented with a very good standard of paint, bodywork and chrome. The original seats have been well looked after and the dashbord has been modified ready for historic rallying. A centre console has also been fitted as well as map reading lights and various other extra's. The Frogeye is a real pleasure to drive and will be lots of fun this summer!
