1928 Chevrolet 4 Seat Tourer
The Chevrolet Motor Car Company was founded by William Durant in Detroit, Michigan, U.S.A in 1911. The Company was set up to manufacture motor vehicles designed by Swiss racing driver Louis Chevrolet. In 1918 the Company became the Chevrolet Motor Division of the General Motor Corporation.
This imposing four seat Tourer would make an ideal wedding vehicle. It is also eligible for VSCC events so the car appeals to a wide market. It is great fun to drive, and having the original 2.8 Chevrolet engine, means that the car has ample power in comparison to similar type UK vehicles. This particular Chevrolet was made for the South American market, explaining why the car is R.H.D.
The Chevrolet is very presentable throughout, and mechanically is very good, and a receipt for an engine rebuild in 1992 is with the car. Full weather equipment is also available.
