1928 Fiat 509 A Saloon

The 509 produced 22BHP and had a top speed of 48mph. This is a UK supplied car and was with one owner for 45 years. The Fiat was fully rebuilt in 1979 with a photographic record of the work kept with the history file. The body is a red fabric with black wings and bonnet. The cloth upholstery is presentable and has aged well. The cloth has had repairs but overall has a very original feel. The steel wheels are 19" with good tyres and all the lighting and instruments are the original equipment. The Fiat drives well and has recently had the dynamo and magneto rebuilt. The cylinder head has also benefitted from an overhaul.

A very charming car that comes with its original registration number, two old 'buff' logbooks, restoration photo's, invoices, tax discs back to 1963 and a VSCC form from 2006.
