1932 Ford Model A 1 Ton Pick-Up

The Model T was a huge success story for Henry Ford and this success continued from 1927 to 1931 in the form of the Ford Model A. The Model T had been in production for 18 years but the introduction of the A was Ford's first use of standard driver controls with conventional clutch and brake pedals, throttle and gearshift. The Model A came in wide variety of styles such as Coupe, Business coupe, Sports Coupe, Roadster Coupe, Cabriolet. Convertible Sedan, Phaeton, Tudor, Town car, Fordor, Victoria, Station Wagon, Taxicab, Truck and Commercial.

 

We are delighted to offer this superb Model A Truck. We are told the A is very original although it has been professionally re-painted in recent years. The paint and panel work is of a high standard and all woodwork appears in excellent order. The very basic interior is smart and presentable and has a nice driving position. The engine is outstanding, pulling strongly in all gears and is surprisingly fast to people who do not know the Model A very well. The last owner has covered little mileage year in year out and believes the A to be a low mileage vehicle.
