1966 Jaguar Mk II 3.4 Automatic

This fabulous Opalescent Silver Blue MKII Jaguar was subject of a major rebuild in 2002. The work took two years to complete and invoices plus a photographic record are together with the comprehensive history file. The bodyshell was fully stripped down and rebuilt with new metal wherever necessary. The rebuilt shell was then painted in the cars original colour along with new headlights, indicators, sidelights, door seals and windows. Wheels and tyres were bought new and a stainless steel exhaust system fitted.

Various mechanical work included re-commissioning of the braking system, new shock absorbers, replacement hub oil seals, re-cored radiator and new water pump. The cylinder head was professionally overhauled and converted to run on unleaded fuel. A new dynamo and regulator box, electric fan and fuel pump were also fitted amongst other new parts.

The interior has been professionally re-trimmed with new leather upholstery, door cards, carpets and re-veneered walnut. The car presents beautifully with a lovely finish, bright chrome and stunning upholstery. The car stands very well and it's pleasing to say that the drive and performance of this MKII matches the terrific first impressions.
