1975 MG B Roadster

This superb driving entry level MGB Roadster has been a local car for the past eight years. From 2003 to 2009 the MGB was in Scarborough undergoing a rolling restoration. The body was restored to a good standard and the underside painted and treated with a coat of clear wax oyl. The original rubber bumpers were replaced with chrome and the engine and gearbox checked and the brakes fully overhauled. On completion the car was fitted with a new set of carpets, wood dash panel and a set of new tyres with Minilight wheels.

We sold the car in 2009 to a local couple who have covered over 300 miles during their two years of ownership. The MG has been maintained by us and has had SU carburettors fitted in replace of a single Weber carb. We have also fitted new air filters and an accelerator cable. The MG has been set up and tuned and runs beautifully. The MG was put through an MOT just days before arriving and also has road fund license to October 2012.
