1978 MG Midget 1500

This original RHD home market MG Midget left the factory is Carmine Red with beige trim and black hood. The car was actually built on the 24th-25th November 1977 and was sold new by Lex Motor Company of Kidderminster, Worcestershire. The car was supplied with rostyle wheels and heater.

This MG Midget is a fantastic driver and it was driven here from Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The car has exceptional performance with a superb, lively engine. The car is a real delight to drive and careful maintenance evident from the history file contributes to this. The MG has been with the last owner since 2003 and considerable expense has gone into the car to ensure lots of reliable, classic car motoring. Prior to the most recent ownership, the MG has had a set of painted wire wheels fitted and black upholstery. The MG presents well with a very good standard of paintwork, smart interior and presentable engine bay and boot area. From previous MOT's, we can see the MG has covered 22,000 miles since 1990 with the current recorded mileage now at 85,000.
