Rover P3 models only had a very short production run, lasting around eighteen months. The P3 retains all of the old traditional styling, but coupled with new independent coil spring suspension, new hydro-mechanical brakes, two new inlet over exhaust engines in four and six cylinder form which allowed larger valves to fitted, making them more efficient makes the P3 a delightful model to have. KLW 599 was built on 4th May 1949 and despatched from the factory on the 5th May 1949 to Henleys Limited, London.
This magnificent example is a previous show winner, and has to be one of the best Rover's of this era that we have ever owned. The general condition is exceptional throughout, with beautiful paintwork and chrome. The engine bay is beautifully presented and the upholstery is like new. The car drives perfectly and would make the ideal collector's car.
Very hard to find like this.
