1981 Triumph Spitfire 1500

This is an exceptionally smart Spitfire that we know very well. We first sold the car to a regular customer in Aberdeen back in May 2009. The Spitfire made a fantastic first classic and was later part exchanged for a Triumph Stag. Having covered over 500 trouble free miles, we drove the car back from Scotland without any issues. More recently, we once again prepared the Spitfire which has spent the past few months in Cumbria with another regular customer.

RWK 852W is a superb driver with an excellent engine and gearbox. The Spitfire is very strong mechanically and is in need of no mechanical work. The body and paintwork are of a superb standard and the car comes with both soft top and hard top. The chrome work is very good and the car is finished off with a set of minilght wheels. The interior is in excellent original condition with smart carpets, lovely original seats and clean dashboard.

This all round excellent Spitfire comes with the original passport to service booklet, manuals and a comprehensive file of receipts and invoices for restoration and maintenance work.
