1976 Triumph Stag Manual

This smartly presented Triumph Stag was restored during the mid 1990's. During restoration the Stag was fitted with a Rover 3.5 V8 engine and five speed gearbox. The car was restored to a very good standard with sharp bodywork and lovely paintwork. The interior is beautifully presented and the factory hard top is in excellent condition. The soft hood has been recently replaced.

Since restoration the Stag has covered around 20,000 miles. Invoices for maintenance and improvement work total £4000 since the last owner bought the car in 2007. The owner from 1997 to 2006 spent in the region of £4500 showing the car has had £8500 spent since restoration.

This Triumph Stag is an excellent driver and it is capable of long distance touring. The engine feels and performs superbly and the five speed gearbox is great to use. The power steering is responsive and the car both brakes and handles well. This is a very sharp, well maintained example ideal for regular use.
