1960 Vauxhall Victor MKII F Series De-Luxe

The F Series Victor was in production from 1957 to 1961 with over 390,000 made. Following on from American styling and trends, the windscreen pillars slopped backwards. The car also featured a large glass area with curved windscreen and rear window, similar to a PA Cresta. Bench seats were fitted in the front and seats were trimmed in Rayon and 'Elastofab' and two colour interior trim was standard

In 1959 the MKII was launched and the car was available in three versions. The De-Luxe was the top model featuring leather and separate front seats.

This very smart De-Luxe model has come from one of our regular customers in West Yorkshire. The car was in Norfolk prior to this and drives very well. The engine appears to have been rebuilt in recent years and really performs and ticks over perfectly. The gear change is excellent and the handling is exceptionally good.

The car is nicely presented in sage green with a white roof. The paint and bodywork are of a very good standard and the chorme is delightful. The interior has been well kept with original leather seats aged well.

A rare, practical classic that is superb to drive.
