attention to customer satisfaction

I am in the process of buying my fourth car from 'Classic and Sportscar Ltd.'
My first was a Gentry that I bought from Nick and the next two were MGs, a GT and a Roadster. All transactions have been conducted smoothly with every attention given to customer satisfaction.

The moment a customer arrives a cup of tea or coffee is offered and then he is left to look around without any 'hard sell' at all, in fact the stock is superb and almost sells itself. If help is needed James or Andrew are always on hand and can't do enough to advise or help. Once the decision to buy is made they bend over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction and never has anyone made me feel so good about parting with my money.

I am now just waiting for the fourth transaction to be completed - to suit my timetable - and I am sure that I'll be delighted with my purchase if the past three transactions are anything to go by. Andrew has even promised to valet the car for me before delivery, and James is going half on the tax. What more could I ask? I no longer feel like a customer who has to be wary of the 'second-hand car salesman' but a friend who is always greeted with a smile.

I'm pleased to say that over the years I have recommended other people to 'Classic and Sportscar Ltd' (formerly Grundy Mack) and no one has been disappointed, all reporting the same excellent service that I have received. They have also sold two of my cars which was also painlessly done.

Thanks Nick, James and Andrew plus your excellent mechanics - not forgetting the unsung young lady in the office.

During the pre-delivery check on the M.G. Roadster the mechanic found a fault with the gearbox and the engine and gearbox were removed in order to carry out the repair - all at 'Classic and Sportscar's' expense. This shows their attention to customer satisfaction and their refusal to release a car until they feel that its 100% right.
